Banked: Donaldson Scampers For Sweep of Texas

This guy had a big day.

It felt like Donaldson was looking for any kind of advantage and decided to shove his way through the opportunity. He saw the bobble by Mitch Moreland and decided to make it happen.

Osuna had held the tie for two innings and the Jays' bats weren't getting anything off of a very nasty Matt Bush. The bullpen is a little short of battle tested weapons.

The time was now. It was ballsy and a little reckless.

But that's what made it awesome.

Donaldson described his decision like this:

Banking.

Something about the way the light is hitting the dirt/chalk dust makes it looks like pixie dust in these pictures.

Maybe it is.

Get there. Get hot.
