Inspired
I have been feeling blah lately, thinking about the end of the season. But then I was inspired by some Anonymous boy on The Tao's blog "insulting" me.
So thanks, Anonymous.
Now, I know it takes a big man to insult someone annonymously on someone else's blog, so whatever I write won't matter to you, being so important and all. Because, as you point out, my opinion is "pure absurdity". But when have I ever passed my opinion off as anything but absurd. But Beckett and Camus wrote a lot of very interesting things about absurdity, so there may be hope for me yet. I can still hope to someday strive for pure absurdity.
And thanks for mentioning my dad, especially since he doesn't write this blog and since he doesn't read it. One might worry he has the same sad little issues with women and opinions as you do, but really, he has better things to do. But I'll be sure to let him know that some anonymous guy on the Internet doesn't care what he thinks. I'm sure it'll keep him up at night.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go learn about sports, even though being a girl makes that impossible, maybe even absurd.
You may now return to 1992 when "Not." was a joke. Say hi to Dave Winfield for me.
